To Register
It is only possible to create an account and order at Hobbygroep.nl if you are a business customer. We are a hobby wholesaler.
To register as a customer, click on “log in” at the top right to create an account. Enter your email address under Create account. In the next screen, you can enter your personal details (including Chamer of Commerce and VAT number). Finally, click on Register.
Once we have received this information from you, we will inform you within 1 business day whether your registration has been accepted and we can offer you business prices. You can then see the purchase prices applicable to you excluding VAT as soon as you log in.
Rules of the game
- There is a minimum order amount of €75,-- excluding VAT.
- Shipping costs are €5.95 (excluding VAT) for orders under €150 excluding VAT. Above that we deliver free of charge.
- Delivery time is normally 1 to 2 working days.
- The first order must be paid in advance. After that you can order on account. We use a payment term of 30 days from the invoice date.
- We ship all orders with GLS from our warehouse. You can also request a Saturday delivery free of charge.
- Items that are not in stock at the time of ordering must be reordered. These will be removed from your order. We will inform you of this.
- Missing or incorrectly delivered goods must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, complaints will no longer be processed.
- Items cannot be returned under any circumstances without consultation and approval of Hobbygroep.nl. In the case of a return shipment, this must be done with your customer number, invoice number and in the original packaging (without price indications) and in good condition.
- If you want to place an order under €75,-- ex VAT, you can send us your order by email. Please indicate the quantities and product numbers of the items you want. Because the order falls under our minimum amount, an administration fee of €10,-- ex VAT will be charged, just like the usual shipping costs. We will then send you an order confirmation by email. You must transfer this order to us in advance. After we have received the payment, we will send your order to you.
