2. Which personal data do we process?
Depending on your relationship with Hobbygroep, we may process the following personal data:
- first and last name;

5. Business customer accounts
To place orders with Hobbygroep, you must create a business customer account. We process the information required to register your company as a customer and to process your orders.
As Hobbygroep supplies products exclusively to business customers, we may verify company details such as your Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number before activating an account.
We use the information in your account to process orders, make invoices available and contact you regarding your business relationship with Hobbygroep.
6. Online store software – Logic4
Our online store uses software and services provided by Logic4. Logic4 supports us with, among other things, the operation of our online store, the processing of customer and order information and the administrative processing of orders.
Where necessary for the provision of these services, personal data that you provide through our website may be processed within Logic4's systems.
Where third parties process personal data on our behalf, we make appropriate arrangements regarding the protection and confidentiality of personal data.
7. Email and business communication – Microsoft 365
We use Microsoft 365 for our regular business email communications.
We use email to send, for example, order confirmations, invoices, information about orders, responses to questions and other business communications.
Personal data that you provide to us by email is processed only insofar as this is necessary to handle your question, order or other business communication.
8. Email marketing and newsletters – Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp, a service provided by Intuit Inc., to send newsletters and other commercial email campaigns.
When you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise provide valid consent to receive commercial emails from us, we may process your name, company name and email address in Mailchimp.
We use this information to send business newsletters, product information, offers and other commercial communications for which you have given consent or for which another valid legal basis exists.
Every commercial email contains an option to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we will stop using your email address for the relevant marketing communications.
Mailchimp may process, store or transfer personal data relating to European contacts in the United States. 9. Payments – Pay.nl
We use Pay.nl to process online payments.
When you make a payment, information necessary to process that payment may be provided to Pay.nl. The exact information processed depends on the payment method you choose.
Pay.nl processes this information, among other things, to execute and verify payments and to prevent fraud and misuse.

10. Delivery – GLS
We use GLS and, where applicable, other carriers to deliver orders.
To deliver an order, we provide the carrier with the information necessary for delivery, such as:
- name of the contact person;
- company name;
- delivery address;
- telephone number and/or email address where necessary for delivery.
The carrier uses this information to deliver your order and perform the delivery service. If a carrier uses subcontractors, your data may also be processed by those parties where necessary to complete the delivery.
11. Administration and accounting
We use software and service providers to support our administration, invoicing and accounting activities.
Where these parties process personal data on behalf of Hobbygroep, we make appropriate arrangements regarding the protection and confidentiality of this data.
We retain invoices and other administrative information for the period required by applicable legal obligations.
12. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to gain insight into how our website is used. For example, it allows us to understand how many visitors use our website, which pages are visited and how visitors interact with our website. We use this information to improve our website and services.
